Who should sign?

Someone authorised to commit your company. The payment link you receive by email can then be passed on to your accounts team.

What if I cancel my order?

Free of charge for 48 hours after the order is validated. After that, and until the box is delivered, a flat €250 excl. VAT is withheld from the hardware guarantee.

When will I receive it?

The box ships within 3 working days, once the 48-hour cancellation window has passed. Installation by a Devana expert is booked within the week, depending on our availability and your area.

What if I order from abroad?

We deliver to France, Luxembourg and Andorra. Outside France, timing depends on the carrier and on our availability locally, and Andorra involves a customs declaration. For any other European country, delivery is arranged with an adviser.
